    Your initial 60-minute session will address your main concerns about staying healthy this fall season. We will discuss sleep, stress, GI health, energy levels, mood health, your support system, and more.  This session is offered virtually either on a  HIPAA-compliant video platform or by phone. This is a preventative care session. “Praevenire”  (Prevention is the best cure) is one of the foundations of naturopathic medicine. After our session, you will receive a customized wellness plan within 24 hours.

Start with a detailed 60-minute initial session, and enjoy the convenience of having two 30-minute follow-up sessions already scheduled. Scheduled check-ins give you a clear plan and regular reminders, making it easier to stay on track and keep up your motivation.

Autumn Accountability

With this package, you'll start with your initial 60-minute session, followed by 8
15-minute weekly check-ins. This structure ensures you stay on track with your goals, receive regular guidance, and have the ongoing weekly support you need to make steady progress.
