Hello Loss Mama,

I’m so sorry for your loss.

Your pregnancy and baby matter no matter how how far along you were.

I want you to know these 3 things:

  1.  It’s ok not to be ok. It’s ok to hurt and feel this pain no matter how long ago it was.

  2. Your feelings are all valid.

  3. You are not alone. There is a whole community here to support you.

I see you because I was you.

Finding peace after pregnancy loss is a journey marked by both heartache and hope.

My intention is simple… to create the community and resources I wish I had when I was going through my experiences of recurrent pregnancy loss.

I didn't find my Rainbow baby but I will always wonder if I allowed myself the time to process, heal, and find community,
could things have gone differently?
