Hope and Healing

You may have noticed that this site is evolving. It is. If you’ve followed me on social media for gut health & its connection to mental wellness & skin health, I wanted to say Thank You! And I hope you’ll stick around, but I understand if not. It’s all good.

This new direction isn’t an easy conversation. And while I was really enjoying helping people with their gut health, I kept hearing the whispers of my soul speaking to me. And, I, decided to listen.

Talking about recurrent pregnancy loss isn’t an easy topic. It feels uncomfortable, and quite honestly, many instances still trigger me. But I made a promise to myself many moons ago that I wouldn’t allow myself to become too comfortable. That I would be brave, take risks, embrace new beginnings, and always follow my heart & the whispers of my soul, especially when it felt uncomfortable. Especially when it felt hard.

If you’ve experienced recurrent pregnancy loss, or know someone who has, I invite you to connect & join this new community of hope & healing. We are better together. And it’s time to talk more about this difficult topic. It’s by opening up these old wounds, or fresh ones, that we then begin to fully heal, grow, and evolve. You’re not alone. It’s time to find your peace and reconnect to the strength that lies within you.

Pregnancy loss matters. You matter. Your worth is not tied to the outcome, although oftentimes it can feel like that. Even amidst the darkest of days, remember that your journey through miscarriage doesn't define your strength; it merely reveals it. In the depths of grief, may you discover a reservoir of resilience within, guiding you toward healing and hope. You are not alone in this journey, and as you navigate through the pain, may you find solace in the knowledge that brighter days are yet to come, filled with renewed hope and possibilities. Understanding the impact of pregnancy loss helps to destigmatize conversations around miscarriage, stillbirth, and infertility, fostering a culture of empathy and support for those experiencing such profound loss.

 Why did I pivot?

I intend to create the community and resources that I wish I had when I was going through these experiences of recurrent pregnancy loss. I can’t go back, but I can look ahead and use my life experiences to help others.

I'm creating an online course for Women of all ages who have experienced multiple miscarriages, feel alone & unsupported by the medical field, and are carrying the heavy burden of grief who want to Find Hope and Healing After Recurrent Pregnancy Loss. This course won’t provide any medical advice; however, it will encompass a holistic approach. By the end of this course, you will feel heard, connected in community, and ready to move forward.

More to come. Thank you!
